of the woods; of the hills; of our home

Found this mix yesterday which just happens to fit the feelings I've had lately of loving nature and craving to be surrounded and enveloped by it, removed from the human world. Really been enjoying it, hope you do too.

  1. Very true that when a storm is overhead, you tend to forget your worries while you watch it and the sky. I like how storms make the skys change color, from blue to grey to a smudge of color, from the dappled sun. And then the lightening starts, and lo and behold, there is a bright glare for an eye blink of time. Mesmerizing! Which is what was happening here today, watching the sky change colors and the rain pound down. Good thing, we need it. How is the weather there? Hot? Dry? Any rain?
